Proposal Developer 
Prometric has an opening for a Proposal Developer. The Proposal Development position supports Sales and Client Services efforts through the coordination of solution creation/formation and proposal development. This role is responsible for the accurate development of prospect solutions and the effective presentation of solutions in the form of proposals and RFP responses.

Principal Responsibilities:
Work with business development managers to obtain and develop requirements for new opportunities
 •  Document and present opportunities to inter-departmental teams for the purpose of refining requirements and collecting input
 •  Coordinate resources throughout the account development process
 •  Co-create solutions with departments that meet the needs of prospect and client opportunities

Overview:

An  independent, non-profit membership organization of Fortune 500 CEOs, prominent college and university presidents and foundation leaders, is currently accepting applications for a new Web & Communications Associate.

 

Responsibilities:

This staff member will help manage the organization’s web site, including drafting online content and implementing strategies to drive traffic to the site. The associate will also support the organization's overall communications and outreach activities.  Responsibilities will include writing press releases, marketing materials, briefing documents and other informational resources.  The associate will also support media relations activities.  

 

Required experience:  

  • A Bachelor's degree

Documentation Specialist in Baltimore County, Contract Position

Note: Approximately a one year contract. Possibility of travel to Asia for a period lasting up to one month.

Position Description:

  • Review technical drawings, develop theory of operation, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and remove and replace procedures
  • Prepare complete plans for accomplishing publications and training tasks
  • Read and interpret contracts and specifications and determine detailed requirements
  • Prepare and writes technical manuals, publications, proposals and logistics support documentation
  • Coordinate technical manual editing, composition, production, and delivery in accordance with applicable specifications, standards, and other requirements
  • Responsible for maintaining schedule and performance control of assigned programs
